摘要
细胞粘附是细胞生物学的一个基本过程，参与胚胎发育和众多病理过程，尤其是与癌症相关的病理过程。我们限制细胞粘附在微晶格图案化的细胞外基质蛋白上。肌动蛋白细胞骨架对这种限制特别敏感，并可重复地自组织成简单的几何图案。这种高度组织化的细胞具有功能并能增殖。我们对铺展细胞的形态进行了统计分析，并讨论了与铺展所需活跃过程相关的基本长度尺度的存在。
