我们分析了在多带 Hubbard 模型中包含多重态交换分裂的 Mott 相变。该模型在无限维中由 B\"unemann、Weber 和 Gebhard 于 1998 年引入的广义 Gutzwiller 波函数实现。我们还扩展了该变分波函数以考虑破对称相，这仍然允许进行精确的解析处理。我们的分析揭示了该变分波函数的一些缺点，我们认为这些缺点表明 Gutzwiller 类型的波函数不能正确捕捉 Mott 相变附近的准粒子性质。
