测量与模型不确定度在多线TRL校准中的传播

摘要
在本工作中，我们提出了一种针对多线直通-反射-传输线（TRL）校准中测量与模型不确定度的线性不确定度（LU）传播处理方法。所提方法符合ISO《测量不确定度表示指南》（GUM）。我们通过基于蒙特卡洛（MC）方法的数值仿真证明，所提LU方法与MC方法给出相同的不确定度，但效率更高。
