摘要
我们展示了势杂质是如何作为确定邻近耦合至自旋单重态超导体的石墨烯中配对对称性的强有力工具。所有d波态均以亚隙共振为特征,其空间模式清晰区分节点与手性d波对称性,而s波态无亚隙共振。我们还发现了与正常态狄拉克点相关的强隙上杂质共振。亚隙与隙上共振仅在极低掺杂水平下相互作用,此时导致隙上共振的抑制。
