利用自由电子激光探测超强激光辐照后固体密度微线靶的动力学

摘要

在本文中,我们展示了一项实验,探究直径 7 微米的碳线在被近相对论强度短脉冲激光辐照后的等离子体动力学。利用 X 射线自由电子激光脉冲测量小角 X 射线散射信号,我们观察到散射表面发生弯曲并在数十皮秒内易于失稳。该过程的动力学与线内存在尖锐、传播的激波前沿一致,其移动速度接近孔钻速度。
