预测实体流行度以改进虚拟助手的语音实体识别

摘要
我们致力于提升虚拟助手（VA）在识别语音查询中新兴实体方面的有效性。我们引入一种方法，利用历史用户交互来预测哪些实体将获得流行度并成为趋势，随后将这些预测整合进 VA 的自动语音识别（ASR）组件中。实验表明，我们提出的方法在新兴实体名称语音上实现了 20% 的相对错误率降低，且未降低系统的整体识别质量。
