摘要
我们推导了由压电—磁致伸缩双层构成的磁电薄膜体声波谐振器中功率传输的解析模型。该模型通过有效的频率相关刚度常数描述磁致伸缩对弹性动力学的动态影响。当此类谐振器被视为磁换能器时,这允许计算其中的磁功率与弹性功率吸收以及其能量效率。该模型随后应用于由压电 ScAlN 与磁致伸缩 CoFeB、Ni 或 Terfenol-D 层构成的示例系统。
