数字巡天底片上的可能矮新星

摘要
我报告在天蝎座发现一颗新的亮变星。它最可能是星 OGLE BUL-SC23 396060，位置（J2000.0）：RA 17:57:59.75，DEC -31:38:07.4。星等范围 14.4（B）– 21.7（V）。在 60 年前拍摄的两张数字 Palomar 巡天照相底片上可见其可能的爆发。该天体在 AAVSO VSX 中以 Romanov V1 之名并标注 UG: 变光类型被登记为变星。
