globular 团簇 M5 中变星的光度调查

我们报告了对最近的 globular 团簇 M5 中变星进行的光度调查结果。对该团簇以中心为中心、面积为 14.8×22.8 平方弧分钟的区域进行了总计 37 小时的监测，使用装有 CCD 相机的 1.0 米 Swope 望远镜。识别出 5 颗新变量星：4 颗蓝赤星，它们是 SX Phe 类脉冲变量星，以及一个轨道周期为 0.466 天的遮掩双星。该遮掩双星位于团簇色-明度图的主序星系旁的拐点处。我们未确认 Reid (1996) 和 Yan & Reid (1996) 在该团簇场中识别的 10 颗遮掩双星的变性。M5-V101 这颗矮星在观测期间表现出两次脉出，最大幅度约为 2.7 幅度。获得了该调查区域的 V/B-V 色-明度图，并在蓝紫外星团的最高处下方 2 幅度处识别出一颗可能的极端 HB 星。
