太阳邻近区激变变星的种群类型

摘要
首次利用已发布的运动学参数计算了太阳邻近区 159 颗激变变星的银河轨道参数，以确定其种群类型。种群分析表明，样本中约 6% 的激变变星属于银河系厚盘成分。该值与恒星计数分析获得的分数一致。样本中的其余系统被发现位于银河系薄盘成分中。我们的分析未在太阳附近发现晕族激变变星。约 60% 的厚盘激变变星的轨道周期低于轨道周期隙。这一结果大致符合为激变变星开发的种群合成模型的预测。利用最可能的厚盘激变变星的总空间速度弥散，获得了 13 Gyr 的运动学年龄，这与银河系厚盘成分的年龄一致。
