利用光纤萨格纳克干涉仪产生强脉冲的偏振压缩

摘要
我们报道了利用非对称光纤萨格纳克干涉仪产生强短光脉冲的偏振压缩。利用光纤的Kerr非线性产生独立振幅压缩脉冲。讨论了空间重叠的振幅压缩态与相干态的偏振压缩性质。将单振幅压缩光束的实验结果与两个相位匹配、空间重叠的振幅压缩脉冲的情况进行比较。对于后者,观察到S0和S1中低于散粒噪声-3.4dB、S2斯托克斯参数中-2.8dB的噪声方差,这与输入压缩幅度相当。在S1中产生了偏振压缩,即相对于相应偏振最小不确定态的压缩。
