压电声子板:通过全电实验提取频率能带结构

摘要

我们提出一种基于全电测量的实验技术,以提取一维压电声子晶体板的频率响应,该板两表面周期性地构造有毫米尺度金属条。用于激发板中类 Lamb 导模的金属电极,同时通过外部加载电路控制其色散,为这些结构的频率响应提供非破坏性可调性。我们的结果与有限元数值预测非常吻合,揭示了有趣的对称性方面,用以分析此类晶体的频率能带结构。更重要的是,类 Lamb 导模与板上电感负载引起的电谐振带相互作用,其形式与对称性被深入讨论和分析,展现出前所未有的色散特性。
