摘要
在沿 [111] 晶向施加单轴应力的 n 型锗中观测到光子回波，其相干弛豫时间为 300 ps。产生该效应的非线性极化源自锑施主。单轴应力诱导施主态发生谷分裂，显著增强了相干时间，从而使得观测光子回波成为可能。
