摘要
测量哈勃深场中星系的光度红移。亮度函数显示暗端斜率变陡，M*值在z~3处轻微变亮，随后在更高z值处下降；在低z值处看到暗淡、形成星系的过量。我们的结果与在z=2-3形成大型星系、随后在z<1形成矮星系的形成模式一致。
