室温下 Pt/Ge(001) 中的光致逆自旋霍尔效应

摘要
我们在室温下对 Pt/Ge(001) 结进行了光致逆自旋霍尔效应 (ISHE) 测量。利用圆偏振光在 Ge 的直接带隙处光生自旋取向电子，提供了净自旋流，从而在 Pt 层中产生电动势 E_ISHE。尽管电子在 Ge 导带中经历强烈的 Γ 到 L 散射，该信号在室温下仍被清晰检测到。ISHE 信号对激发光子能量的依赖性与 Ge 直接带隙处光学取向所预期的电子自旋极化高度吻合。
