摘要
具有54.7度侧壁角的聚光截顶硅微金字塔阵列已成功与PtSi肖特基势垒光电探测器集成。测试了四种由10×10以60 um间距并联组合的光电探测器构成的不同器件，其中硅微金字塔展现出显著的增强能力。由一百个22 um方形探测器与聚光微金字塔阵列单片集成而成的器件，相比同尺寸无聚光器的22 um方形光电探测器器件，显示出高达4倍的信号增强。
