190 kHz重复频率下超过13 MV/cm的相位锁定多太赫兹电场

摘要

我们展示了一种在 190 kHz 重复频率下产生高能且相位锁定的多太赫兹脉冲的紧凑光源。将 Yb:KGW 放大器基频输出与光学参量放大器闲频光在 GaSe 和 LiGaS2 晶体中进行差频混频,产生可在 12 至 42 THz 间调谐的被动相位锁定波形序列。最短的多太赫兹脉冲在强度 FWHM 内包含 1.8 个振荡周期。实现了高达 0.16 μJ 的脉冲能量和 13 MV/cm 的峰值电场。电光采样揭示其在数小时内的相位稳定性优于 0.1 π\pi,并兼具自由的 CEP 可调性。该可扩展方案为前所未有的重复频率下的强场太赫兹光学打开了大门。
