我们探索了在接近破坏超导态的临界无序度时,三维s波超导体NbN中相位涨落的作用。扫描隧道谱测量表明,在强无序存在下,电子谱中的有限能隙在高于Tc的温度下持续存在。随着无序度的增加,超流密度在低温下被强烈抑制,并在较高温度下演变为线性温度变化。这些观察提供了有力证据,表明相位涨落导致无序常规超导体中赝能隙态的形成。
