摘要
为克服传统光学的分辨率极限,先前已开发了近场成像技术,其使用负折射率平板透镜(NIFL)来放大入射场的倏逝分量。本文开发并演示了一种技术,通过确定透镜的传递函数并随后对未分辨的原始图像施加逆函数,来补偿非理想NIFL中的损耗。结果得到具有亚衍射极限分辨率的补偿图像。
