我们展示了矩形模具中规则五边形排列的模拟结果。颗粒受到垂直敲击。我们研究了堆积分数、接触数和拱形分布随敲击幅度的变化行为。与圆盘相比,五边形表现出独特的特征。一般而言,五边形形成的拱形少于圆盘。然而,随着敲击幅度的减小,五边形拱形的典型尺寸显著增大。因此,与圆形颗粒堆积的行为相反,五边形堆积在受到轻柔敲击时会降低其堆积分数。
