摘要
发展了第一阶拉曼散射 (FOR) 线状理论，允许考虑非线性和相关效应对非均匀 broadening 以及动态均匀性 broadening 机制的贡献。我们指出，一般情况下 FOR 线包含两个最大值，低频峰的形状由均匀性 broadening 决定。我们的理论解释了 KTL 和 KTN 中 TO_2 硬声子在不同温度和 Li、Nb 离子浓度下的观察到的 FOR 散射的特殊性。
