摘要

我们研究了具有 Rashba 自旋轨道耦合的 Hubbard plaquette(小团簇)的“相图”。我们表明，Rashba 耦合打破 Hubbard 模型自旋旋转对称性的特殊方式，允许基态中单态和三重态组分的混合，从而减缓并改变了 Mott 转变以及 Mott 绝缘相的性质。
