摘要
具有一定 NaCl 摩尔分数的马铃薯淀粉水凝胶液滴在载玻片上干燥时，表现出强烈的偏析和复杂的图样形成现象。盐在中心附近形成径向树枝状结晶聚集体，而淀粉则以透明带的形式在边缘分离出来。照片和显微照片显示了一系列具有不同纹理的同心环。
