摘要
我们展示了单态-三重态读出与宇称读出,能够区分T0与极化三重态。我们实现了高保真度自旋读出,在0.5 K温度下,读出时间为20 μs时平均保真度高于99.9%,4 μs时保真度达99%。我们以高于99%的保真度在单量子点中初始化单态,并以约95.6%的保真度分离两个电子同时保持相同的自旋态。
