摘要
对“活性粒子”游泳速度的外部控制可用于在微米到毫米尺度上原位自组装设计结构。我们使用光驱动的大肠杆菌菌株在流体环境中展示了这种可重构的模板化活性自组装。使用定制快速响应菌株研究了控制图案锐度和形成速度的物理和生物学。
