我们展示了“差分动态显微术”(DDM)用于快速、高通量表征活性粒子的动力学。具体而言,我们表征了大肠杆菌悬浮液中游动速度分布和运动细胞的比例。通过对约10^4个细胞进行平均,我们的结果相比传统追踪方法具有很高的准确性。非运动细胞的扩散率增加了与运动细胞浓度成正比的量。
