氧同位素对La₂CuO₄结构参数和热运动的影响

摘要

我们通过高分辨率中子衍射实验,研究了氧同位素效应对La₂CuO₄中零点运动、热运动以及结构参数的影响。我们发现晶格参数存在负的氧同位素效应(-0.01%)。对于各向同性热参数,氧同位素效应对镧和铜为正,对氧原子为负。不同方向的各向异性热参数的Rietveld精修表明,每个离子的氧同位素效应符号相同。我们的分析显示,在15 K时,La的各向同性热参数的氧同位素效应最为显著(高达100%),我们发现这主要源于x方向的热运动,正如各向异性热参数精修所确定的那样。
