摘要
电磁场（EMF）强度的瞬时测量并不能反映特定位置可能出现的最大暴露水平。在将测量值与本地暴露指南或合规评估建议进行比较之前，需要对测量值施加一个外推因子。对于第五代（5G）网络，外推EMF值的标准化方法尚待定义。本工作综述了聚焦于估计由5G基站辐射引起的最大EMF暴露的最新研究。它还考量了国家和国际组织为建立EMF测量外推标准化方法所做的当前努力，而这对于调查是否符合EMF指南与法规是必要的。
