铋中能斯特系数的振荡

摘要
我们计算了低温下磁场沿晶体三重轴方向时铋中能斯特系数的磁场依赖性（振荡）。在计算中，我们考虑了铋中电子和空穴在杂质上的散射以及这种散射对磁场的依赖性。将这些计算结果与最近发表的实验数据进行了比较。
