邻位 Si(1 1 1) 表面上三重台阶阶梯的取向与结构

摘要
通过扫描隧道显微镜和斑点轮廓分析低能电子衍射，研究了向 [-1-12] 方向倾斜的邻位 Si(111) 表面。已确定该表面由规则间隔的三重台阶和宽度等于 Si(111)-7x7 表面结构单个晶胞宽度的 (111) 平台组成，具有 (7 7 10) 取向。提出了三重台阶的原子模型。
