扭曲光照射下二维系统中带间光学跃迁引起的轨道角动量激发

摘要
本文考虑了用扭曲光束照射二维系统，以寻找由扭曲引起的特定效应。假设在价带和导带之间发生直接带间跃迁。求出了电子轨道角动量的产生率。建立并求解了轨道角动量分布函数的动力学方程。求出了电子的平均轨道角动量。
