医学相关组织硬X射线断层成像中对比度与空间分辨率的优化

摘要

采用Paganin广为使用的单距离相位恢复滤波的硬X射线断层成像在提高对比度噪声比(CNR)的同时降低了空间分辨率(SR)。我们证明,对于两个医学相关的软组织样本,高斯滤波在高SR下提供了更大的CNR,且密度测量具有可解释性。Paganin滤波在低SR下产生了更大的CNR,尽管其先验假设通常不成立,且当CNR >1>1时图像质量增益减弱。因此,与单距离相位恢复相比,低-ZZ样品的简单吸收测量结合高斯滤波可提供更优的图像质量和与模型无关的密度测量。
