CdMnTe 自组装量子点的光激发磁化

摘要
我们展示了在 B=0 T 时，对 CdMnTe 自组装量子点的共振激发会创建一族自旋偏极化的磁性极化子。量子点的强空间约束显著增加了磁性极化子的稳定性，以至于在温度 > 120 K 时仍可观察到光激发的自旋配准。
