极性半导体中的光学探测磁声子共振

摘要
在极性半导体的极化子磁光吸收谱中发现磁声子共振，其中 ，N=1,2,3 ...。利用记忆函数技术计算得到 CR 质量和线宽。共振峰在低温下的振幅可由指数规律描述。
