摘要
本文发展了一类用于非弹性光散射的求和规则。我们表明，非共振响应的第一矩提供了关于强关联系统势能的信息。求和规则的偏振依赖性提供了关于布里渊区不同区域电子激发的信息。我们确定了具有金属-绝缘体相变的Falicov-Kimball模型的求和规则，并将我们的结果与SmB_6的光散射实验进行了比较。
