ErTe$_3$ 中多重电荷密度波相变的光学研究

摘要
我们报道了对单晶 ErTe 的光谱学研究。ErTe 是一种稀土元素三碲化物，在 T = 267 K 和 T = 150 K 处经历两次连续的电荷密度波相变。在有序态中，可以清晰地观察到两个对应的能隙特征，其中心分别位于 2770 \cm ( 343 meV) 和 890 \cm ( 110 meV)。在所有测量温度下均存在的显著 Drude 分量表明，两个 CDW 有序均为部分能隙特征。在最低测量温度下，约一半未调制的费米面在 CDW 态中保留。该研究还揭示，在这个二维材料中，涨落效应仍然显著。
