穿孔二维亚波长孔阵列的钨薄膜的光学性质

摘要
我们给出刻于钨层中的介电光栅的光学透射的理论研究。在适当波长下钨确实表现出介电行为。我们的数值模拟得出的理论结果类似于早期工作中所研究的金属系统。我们对结果的解释基于这样的观点：透射与耦合到倏逝衍射级的本征模式的共振响应相关。
