堆叠量子点中极化性激子的光学性质

摘要
我们基于非绝对近似方法，对堆叠自组装量子点中极化性激子的光学性质进行理论研究。将平行体积块形状的量子点作为堆叠量子点模型。考虑了这些量子点特有的全部声子模式（体声子、半空间声子和界面声子）。我们表明，堆叠量子点之间的耦合可导致光学吸收在声子卫星特征光谱范围内得到显著增强。
