Ca 掺杂 α'-NaV$_2$O$_5$ 的光学性质与电子结构

摘要
测量了 α'-NaCaVO（）在 a 轴和 b 轴方向上、光子能量范围 0.8–4.5 eV 内的介电函数，温度保持在室温。通过改变 Ca 浓度，我们控制了 V 和 V 的相对丰度。我们观察到主光吸收峰（1 eV 处）的强度与 V 离子数成正比。这排除了将其解释为 V d-d 激发的可能性，并确认该峰为能带成键-反键跃迁。
