摘要
集成纳米光子波导的可植入硅基神经探针能够将图案化动态光照深入脑组织中。在此,我们引入集成光学相控阵的神经探针,并演示了体外光学光束转向。我们模拟并表征了脑组织中的光束形成。该探针被用于光遗传刺激与钙成像。
