硅中单自旋的光学观测

摘要
全球量子互联网将需要可规模化制造的长寿命、电信波段光子-物质接口。基于满足部分上述需求的 photon-matter 接口的初步量子网络,正鼓舞人们寻找新的高性能替代方案。硅是商业规模固态量子技术的理想载体。它已在全球集成光子学与微电子工业中成为先进平台,并承载着创纪录的长寿命自旋量子比特。尽管硅量子平台潜力巨大,硅中可单独寻址的光子-自旋接口的光学探测一直未能实现。本工作中,我们在集成硅光子结构中制备了数万个可单独寻址的“ centre”光子-自旋量子比特,并表征了其自旋依赖的电信波段光学跃迁。这些结果立即开启了构建硅集成、电信波段量子信息网络的机遇。
