摘要
我们展示了一种光学系统，它可以施加并精确测量捕获光束对旋转双折射探针粒子施加的扭矩。这使得能够使用捕获的旋转球形探针粒子在微米尺度上定量测量液体介质中的粘度和表面效应。我们使用该系统测量了原型细胞结构内部的粘度。
