摘要
我们描述了一种确定光镊中捕获粒子所获得的总角动量（包括自旋和轨道）的方法。作为示例，使用具有不同圆偏振度的激光束的LG02模式来捕获和旋转一个具有明确几何形状的细长粒子。该方法成功估计了施加在粒子上的总光学扭矩。对于这种技术，无需测量粒子上的粘性阻力，因为它是一种光学测量。因此，不需要知道粒子的大小和形状以及流体的粘度。
