摘要
利用拉曼散射和光致发光 (PL) 发射研究了通过剥离 n 型块体晶体获得的单层二硫化钨 (WS)。在低温 PL 光谱中观察到了具有中性和带电激子复合的直接带隙发射。激子与三激子 (trion) 发射之间的比率可以通过简单地改变激发功率来调节。此外，三激子发射的强度可以使用额外的带隙下激光激发进行独立调节。
