摘要
如果Vela超新星残骸的壳层负责Vela脉冲星几乎所有散射，那么Vela脉冲星的脉冲和径向速度只有在散射物质具有非零横向速度的情况下才能相互一致。讨论了Vela超新星残骸壳层中大尺度横向运动的可能来源。
