GaPO4 高压相变研究

摘要
对类石英结构的 GaPO4 在高压和室温条件下进行了 X 射线衍射 (XRD) 实验。在 13.5 GPa 压力下，发生向高压无序晶态的转变。为了在其稳定场中使该相结晶，在 17 GPa 下使用 YAG 红外激光进行了轻微加热。该相的结构为正交晶系，空间群为 Cmcm。在相变压力下的晶胞参数为 a=7.306 Å, b=5.887 Å 和 c=5.124 Å。
