摘要
我们证明，由弱相互作用固定的基本紫外截断（最小尺度）增强了 QCD 在一量子环水平上的跑动耦合，从截断附近的标度开始。QCD 跑动耦合的增强可以完全解释观测到的反常 TeVatron 和 HERA 数据。在非可缩空间中 QCD 不是一个渐近自由的规范理论。
