关于B-C体系类石墨相晶格参数的研究

摘要
使用常规X射线衍射研究了类石墨BCx相（x = 1, 1.5, 3, 4, 32）的结构。获得的结果明确表明所有研究相均具有乱层（一维无序）结构。确定了晶格参数、相干散射域尺寸和微应变值，从而能够找到在相同温度下合成的相的结构与化学计量比之间的关联。
