压力下B4C碳化硼的熔化研究

摘要
研究了碳化硼和B4C-碳共晶在高达8 GPa压力下的熔化温度压力依赖性，发现两种情况下熔化曲线均呈现负斜率(-13±6 K/GPa)，表明熔体密度高于固相。
