摘要
在最近发现的费曼于1963年所写的题为“处理电动力学的另一种方法”的手写笔记中，Richard P. Feynman 设想了由矢量势的波动方程导出电场与磁场的非齐次 Maxwell 方程。为了实现这一在教学上颇有意义的构想，我们在本文中发展了先引入标势与矢量势、再引入电场与磁场的方法。我们将通过连续性方程表达的电荷守恒作为基本公理，并对该方程进行启发式处理，从而得到推迟标势与矢量势，其波动方程给出齐次与非齐次 Maxwell 方程。我们还展示了这一获得 Maxwell 方程的公理—启发式过程如何在 Minkowski 时空中以协变形式表述。
